PermaSmile! has two downtown Ottawa offices: Dentistry@Slater at 300 Slater Street, Suite 107, on (613) 695-9551, and Dentistry@Nicholas at 1 Nicholas Street, Unit 100, on (613) 241-1131. Both are open Monday to Friday and close at 1:00 pm on Friday. Tell us what you need and which office suits you — we answer every message from both practices.

Dentistry@Nicholas: Mon 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Tue 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Wed 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Thu 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Fri 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. Both offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Yes. New patients are welcome at both downtown offices, and emergencies are seen the same day wherever we can.
PermaSmile! works with 6 of the major Canadian carriers, including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross and Desjardins. The practice accepts private insurance, assignment of benefits, government programs, fee for service, and in house payment plans are available for treatment that runs beyond your coverage.
Yes. Service is available in English and French at both downtown Ottawa offices.
